Healthy Choices: An Anger Management Curriculum

Health Choices in an anger management group curriculum that was co-developed by Sarah Paul, Christine Lodesky, Heidi Gould & Scott Carchedi (myself) as a project for our practice class.

  • Population: 9-12 Graders
  • Based on Cognitive-Behavior Therapy
  • 8 sessions
  • Closed Group Format
  • Includes screening instrument, pre/post test and handouts
