Reducing our “Professional Distancing:” SSWNetwork COVID-19 Chat Transcript from March 21

A big thanks to all the fantastic school clinicians who joined me today for this LiveChat–we’ll be back at the same time next Saturday 3/28, and we’ll have plenty of information, resources, and community activities to share with you between now and then as well, here at SSWNetwork and in partnership with SSWAA.

SATURDAY, MARCH 21: SSWNetwork LiveChat

Michael Kelly09:01 amOk, let’s get started. Hello everyone, my name is Prof. Michael Kelly, and I co-edit this SSWNetwork + SSWN along with my duties as a Professor at Loyola Chicago and Directing our SMHAPP Certificate, the 15-credit, 99% online, 2-year program that was built for just this moment.

Michael Kelly09:02 amI’m happy you’re all here and we’re going to have what I hope is the first of many LiveChats here on SSWNetwork related to COVID-19 and what we as school clinicians are doing about it.A reminder of our agenda for the call today:1. Impact of COVID-19 on us as mental health professionals
2. Ethical responsibilities in meeting the needs of students during this health crisis
3. Guidance related to mental health service delivery
4. Strategies for talking with families
5. Resources to support your practice
6. Questions you have
7. Possible next steps: SSWNetwork groups targeted at grade levels, specific topics, regular LiveChats, Zoom meetingsAnd some supporting documents that I’ll be referring to:SSWAA_Webinar_Powerpoint_3.19.pdf

Michael Kelly09:03 amSSWAA_position_paper_on_COVID-19.pdfSSWAA Responds to the COVID-19 Crisis: Our Webinar and Selected Resources
Last night, SSWAA hosted a webinar: COVID-19 Health Crisis – Getting through this Together: School Social Work in a Changing Landscape. SSWAA is pleased to have been able to provide information on this important and timely topic. We know that these are challenging times and we hope that you find the attached resources useful and helpful for you work.

Michael Kelly09:04 amAnd we will be “recording” this chat to save and share with everybody who couldn’t be here today…whew. Ok, so that’s the overview of what we’re going to do with the next hour today. But most importantly, let’s connect with each other.

Michael Kelly09:05 amIf you would introduce yourself, your school context, and give yourself a 1-10 scaled score on how you’re managing in this crisis time. I’ll go first, I would say I’m somewhere between a 7-8, given the really strong responses I’m seeing from our network, my family, and our state to manage this. Please intro yourself and share where you are this morning with all this.

Michael Kelly09:06 amEverybody can type at once (I think) on this one, so you don’t have to take turns just yet ?

Cristina Dobon Claveau09:06 amCristina Dobon-Claveau-Wellness & Prevention Coordinator for the Roseville Joint Union High School District in Roseville, CA and CASSWA Board Member-I’m at an 8

Michael Kelly09:07 amHi Cristina–great to have you!

Sherry Murphy09:07 amHello. I am Sherry Murphy, I am a school social worker in Northwest Minnesota. I serve as State Secretary on the Minnesota School Social Workers Association. I would say I am at a 7 or 8 as well.

Penny Williams-Wolford09:08 amHello Everyone, My name is Penny Williams-Wolford. I am a SSW in the western suburbs of Chicago, IL. I would rate myself at a 6-7.

Michael Kelly09:08 amHi Penny and Sherry–so glad you both are here.

Melissa Hubbert09:08 amHi. I’m a social worker in Colorado Springs. I have two schools, one elementary and one high school.

Stephanie Grotzky09:09 amMy name is Stephanie Grotzkky. I am the School Social Worker at NUAMES (Northern Utah Academy of Math. Engineering and Science) Early College High School. We are affiliated with Weber State University and I support students on two campuses, one in Ogden Utah and the other in Layton Utah. Our campuses were very prepared to go remote as of this week and I would say I am about a 7 on most days. Some days feel more like a 5 at best.

Shanel Bishop09:09 amShanel Bishop: assistant professor and a school social work consultant for a school in the suburbs of Detroit, Michigan. I am about a 6 or 7.

Michael Kelly09:09 amI know what you mean Stephanie, my own 1-10 score depends on the day and situation.

Penny Williams-Wolford09:10 amHi Stephanie, I am glad you are doing okay considering the earthquake and C-19. Hang in there.

Michael Kelly09:10 amHi everyone jumping in, we’re asking people to introduce themselves, where their school is, and where on a scale of 1-10 they would rate themselves in terms of how they’re feeling today in the midst of this crisis.

Beth Frank-Heath09:11 amHi, I am Elizabeth Heath I’m new to SSW after 9 years with DHHS. I work at Fitzgerald Public Schools (Westview Lower Elementary) in Warren Michigan. I would say I am about a 6 or 7.Hi Shanel….We’re neighbors!

Michael Kelly09:11 amHi Beth–this is your 3rd LiveChat in a row, right? Interesting times since the first one you joined with us. We’re glad you’re sticking with us here.

Penny Williams-Wolford09:11 amHi Beth, It is good to see you online again. I hope the food delivery to students went as planned.

Shanel Bishop09:12 amHi Beth, yes I know exactly where you are, I am in Southfield.

Stephanie Grotzky09:12 amYes, that was quite a morning on Wednesday! Luckily everyone is safe and I think it heightened our awareness of what we can control (our response) and what isn’t in our control (natural events.)

Michael Kelly09:12 amAs we see people introducing themselves, just a reminder about some of the tools on our SSWNetwork site so you can keep the connections going after our chat is done today.

Penny Williams-Wolford09:12 amShanel, my niece, and great-nieces live in Southfield…lol

Michael Kelly09:13 amYour name is now on the site as a “member” here and you can reach out to any and everybody here via the SSWNetwork site via a LiveChat/messenger feature. Of course, after you connect, you can decide whether to share more contact info (e-mail, phone #, etc.) but just know that everybody here can be talking to everybody here via SSWNetwork as we get through this evolving crisis.

Shanel Bishop09:13 amSouthfield is a good city, hopefully they are doing well, Penny.

Beth Frank-Heath09:14 amThank you Dr. Kelly. I feel so blessed to have happened to find this network. My first day on the job was Monday, 03/09. SSWN and SSWAA are supporting my at home training.

Penny Williams-Wolford09:14 amYes, they are.

Michael Kelly09:14 amOk, a few more people are chiming in with intros, and please keep them coming. I’m going to move onto reviewing some of the key takeaways from the SSWAA webinar I was part of last Thursday night.

Kathleen Bolling09:14 amHi, my name is Kathy and I am a SSW intern in Aurora, IL. I’m between a 6-7 most days.

Michael Kelly09:14 amSSWAA_position_paper_on_COVID-19.pdf

Shanel Bishop09:15 amGood to hear, Penny. Wow Beth! If you need anything feel free to reach out since we are so close.

Beth Frank-Heath09:15 amThank you for your support, each of you.

Michael Kelly09:15 amThat’s the position paper that we wrote for SSWAA that I took the lead on with our board of directors, and in it are a lot of ideas and resources for you to consider as we make our way into the other agenda items I’ve put together today:1. Impact of COVID-19 on us as mental health professionals
2. Ethical responsibilities in meeting the needs of students during this health crisis
3. Guidance related to mental health service delivery
4. Strategies for talking with families
5. Resources to support your practice
6. Questions you have
7. Possible next steps: SSWNetwork groups targeted at grade levels, specific topics, regular LiveChats, Zoom meetings

Michael Kelly09:16 amHere is the powerpoint slide deck again from the webinar in a pdf format:

Penny Williams-Wolford09:16 amBeth, I agree with you I am grateful the SSWN was created just in time…along with our associations, they are who we are looking to for information and networking opportunities as we live through C-19.

Michael Kelly09:16 amSSWAA_Webinar_Powerpoint_3.19.pdfAnd finally, here’s an article link we did for SSWN with the link to the video of the webinar:SSWAA Responds to the COVID-19 Crisis: Our Webinar and Selected Resources

Penny Williams-Wolford09:17 amBeth, you are welcome…we are better/stronger together.

Michael Kelly09:17 amOk, so many of you were at a 6-8 self-rating of how this crisis is playing out for you so far–that’s important to note for a few reasons in my view:

Michael Kelly09:18 am1st, it shows that even with this scary and difficult time, that most of us on this LiveChat are finding some inner strength and external supports to practice that very vital self-care that we need and that our immediate families and larger school communities needs us to practice.

Penny Williams-Wolford09:18 amThank you for sharing the video, etc.

Michael Kelly09:18 amMany people are looking to us for hope, strength, stability, and we can’t give away what we don’t have.

Beth Frank-Heath09:19 amI was able to get on the Oakland platform for the webinar the other day. I found it very helpful and found my district to be working “in the middle” of the planning stages. Its going to take time to iron everything out. Every questions, triggers a new question. District, County, State and Feds. It’s controlled chaos. I’m being patient and appreciate my district/school staying touch. We held our first IEP team zoom meet. It’s a great tool.

Michael Kelly09:20 amThat said, we’re all human and this IS scary, and changing rapidly, and it’s okay to acknowledge that too. I’m hoping that as I move us through the items on the agenda for the chat that peoplewill feel free to share any of their specific ways they’re managing/coping/thriving during this time, again with the understanding that we’ll share this chat with the larger network and also turn it into some articles on SSWN.The 2nd item on our list from the webinar was what our ethical responsibilities are in this time towards our youth, our schools, and our profession.

Beth Frank-Heath09:21 amWe have to recognize we are human….not super heros (although I think we are that too).

Shanel Bishop09:22 amI agree with others that it is hard to give to others at times when we are depleted from being in crisis mode ourselves. Also walking alongside my own kids who are missing their “normal” way of living. I have been pleased to see all of the free tools and webinars that are available to train and strengthen us. We used zoom this week as well with my school also and it went well. It has also been great to see the food stations available.

Michael Kelly09:22 amJust from a quick scan of who’s on today, we’re all over the country. So let’s stop for a minute and hear from everybody about what they are being told right now about school opening/closure and delivery of SSW/SpEd services during the shut-downs. While people are typing and sharing, I’ll post a really helpful graphic that Steve Whitmore shared from his surveying of all the schools in his county (Oakland County, MI) and how diverse their responses are:

Cristina Dobon Claveau09:23 amI appreciate groups like this as our state department of education (California)has given direction on distance learning, nutrition and health but very little about social, emotional and mental health supports

Michael Kelly09:23 am

Cristina Dobon Claveau09:24 amSchool_Closure_-_Wellness_Staff_Activities.docx

Beth Frank-Heath09:24 amWithout really having any real practice in the school before this crisis, I a little concerned about going outside of the scope of my position. Especially coming from child welfare for so many years. It’s important for me to be aware of what that is. As soon as my district really identifies how SSW will be connecting. Right now the pre-existing team is reaching out to high risk students and addressing IEPs as they come up.

Shanel Bishop09:24 amIn Michigan, April 6th to return with a possibility to extend past

Cristina Dobon Claveau09:24 amWe started with this doc for our Wellness staff as to what tasks they can do from home to support students and our program

Michael Kelly09:24 amAs you all are sharing what your districts are saying and telling you, you can see from what Steve shared Thursday night, that just in one region of one state, the responses and directives are all over the place. What is your current status from your districts?

Melissa Hubbert09:25 amWe had a mental health team meeting and no real guidance has been given to us.

Cristina Dobon Claveau09:25 amOur district has given us free reign to work within our program to come up with a plan to support students and our program

Penny Williams-Wolford09:26 amWe are closed until March 30th. We have to return to work via working from home on March 30th. I received emails Friday afternoon/evening for meetings beginning Monday with my Director, Special Ed. Team, etc.

Michael Kelly09:26 amCristina–that’s really interesting. Can you say more about what that is starting to look like with you being given some freedom to define it?

Cristina Dobon Claveau09:26 amThe guidelines for tele health have loosened by our licensing boards so that was a helpful place for us to start

Cristina Dobon Claveau09:27 amTeleHealth_Check_list.docxInformed_consent_for_teletherapy_sessions.docx

Penny Williams-Wolford09:27 amCristina, yes, and I was glad to hear that.

Stephanie Grotzky09:27 amSince our high schools are on two college campuses, we were first given direction from Weber State University about closure. Then our governor, did a news conference to announce the closure of all K-12 schools in the state. We then went into preparedness mode and that transition was making sure we could foresee what the tech. needs would be. Our counseling team was meeting every day up to the switch to remote learning. I feel like those parts went smoothly.

Penny Williams-Wolford09:27 amUnfortunately, Early Intervention families are taking a big hit…they are not allowing all providers to provide tele health.

Michael Kelly09:27 amYes, I hope people saw some of that documentation from the feds that Cristina is sharing…districts can expand their options without fear of some legal reprisals after this all settles .

Sherry Murphy09:27 amI am amazed by the wonderful team in my district. We are stressed, but are coming together to quickly solve major challenged such as nutrition and child care. The teachers in my building are embracing this challenge and putting the kids at the forefront of their planning. Our mental health team has met several time and the plan continues to evolve as we learn about the plans for reaching out to students in each of the schools. We are overwhelmed, but working together.

Cristina Dobon Claveau09:27 amThese docs were shared in California by a former CASSW board member so that helped give us grace to get started with tele health, using Google Hang Outs and Zoom with students.

Michael Kelly09:28 amPenny, can you say more about that? Why are Early Intervention programs not being given permission to deliver services?

Beth Frank-Heath09:29 amTo be honest, I really feel like the position I held previous to this has helped me with coping with the indecision and the “figuring it out stage” schools are in right now. I worked as a Pre-employment Transition Counselor with Michigan Rehabilitation Services. The federal program launched and we only came up with state policy to support services this past January. Close to four years without any state policy. Every MRS office, region was doing it differently. I am pretty flexible and proactive by nature. I just need to learn to be patient and I receive a clear expectation on how to interact with my students.

Michael Kelly09:30 amSherry, I’m so grateful to hear that your team is showing up that way! In my own context (higher ed, MSW program, teaching up 50+ SSW students) I’ve also been so grateful for the way we’ve pulled together to get all our stuff online and keep their coursework going (our SMHAPP post-master’s certificate students were already doing all their stuff online, but most of our MSW program is not done online, but the university fully shut-down physical operations Friday.)

Michael Kelly09:31 amBeth, thanks for sharing that: we are all needing to seek guidance, but depending on the issue or the agency it’s not always forthcoming.

Beth Frank-Heath09:31 amThank you Cristina for sharing. This is great.

Cristina Dobon Claveau09:31 amI know other SSW on calls I have been on are worried about providing distance support to young children—-but the consensus is that this is a great time to engage families in services

Stephanie Grotzky09:31 amI have a question about informed consent for teletherapy sessions. If I already have informed consent from parents/guardians for students, should I obtain consent for teletherapy services as well?

Michael Kelly09:31 amI see that there are a lot more people on here today than are typing in yet, please don’t be shy! 🙂 Let us know what your districts are telling you…

Cristina Dobon Claveau09:32 amBest practice is you get verbal consent for the telehealth services and when you get back to school and to your files that you put that thereBecause the tele health services were not a service on our “regular” school services consent form

Penny Williams-Wolford09:32 amEI SW, Speech, OT, and PT were given permission to use tele health. However, Developmental Therapist were not given permission. They were given permission to consult with families via phone, but only 1 hour per month and no more than 30 minutes per phone meeting. Even if their child has been approved for four to eight hours of services per month.

Beth Frank-Heath09:33 amVerbal is really all we have without the supportive devices for copying, faxing, scanning etc. Our families have limited resources.

Michael Kelly09:33 amI am advising people to get informed consent verbally and to document that in case notes to input when you’re back at school.

Michael Kelly09:34 amSo as we see people sharing what they’re doing and some emerging best practices, I hope you’re seeing something that is going to require all our SSW super-powers: namely, that we are going to need to advocate big-time for our youth and families to make sure that we can provide the best possible support to them during this crisis.

Sherry Murphy09:34 amThis is so helpful to learn how others are handling consent, this was one of our worries!

Penny Williams-Wolford09:35 amSSW were told to work from home this week and prepare reports for when we return on March 30th. We have spring break next week.

Stephanie Grotzky09:35 amThank you. I wanted to ask if I could use the form already shared. My director of Student Services is an LCSW so I would confirm with her also. I have the ability to electronically send the form out but would get verbal consent also. I would think putting the form into an electronic format could work.

Cristina Dobon Claveau09:35 amMinor consent is more of a sticky situation for us, but we are tackling those case by case

Michael Kelly09:35 amMany districts won’t necessarily “know” what they want to do, or as Beth said, might dither. We also have a Code of Ethics that guides us and here are some of the key points and links that Christy McCoy from SSWAA Leadership shared Thursday night:Ethical Considerations

Beth Frank-Heath09:36 amThis is great. Thanks Dr. Kelly. This will be a good transcript to share with our administration. 🙂

Michael Kelly09:37 amYou’re welcome Beth–let’s move on to the next point on the agenda, how we’re supporting families. What are you finding are some things you’re doing so far to reach out to your families?

Michael Kelly09:38 am

Michael Kelly09:39 amThose are two slides from our SSWAA presentation that Board Member Dr. Stephanie Ochocki spoke from, lots of good ideas there.

Melissa Hubbert09:39 amI’ve sent emails to all of the families with resources and an offer to have me call them.

Michael Kelly09:40 amThanks for sharing that Melissa; how many families have followed up with you thus far? Just curious knowing how many are dealing with their own stuff (loss of work, stress at having kids home 24/7, possible health exposure risks of their own to COVID-19)

Sherry Murphy09:40 amOur mental health team added resources to the school website to support families and my school sent a two page document that included information of COVD19, how to talk to kids and information on self care.

Beth Frank-Heath09:41 amThe social worker that had filled in twice weekly before I was hired and the mental health team have reached out by phone and email. I completed an email and created a SEL Classroom in Google but am waiting to connect with my Principal to launch both. The Wednesday before shutdown I volunteered for our Family Reading event and interacted with maybe 60 families…so nobody knows who I am. I also believe, I should invite the entire school to the SEL Classroom….so not to violate any privacy laws with only having IEP/504 students and having them visible. I also wonder if I should be emailing all students caregivers as well. Each student is able to return to the school and obtain their chromebook so that will help.

Penny Williams-Wolford09:41 amWe have a school app and I sent a social story about C-19. I work with preschoolers

Stephanie Grotzky09:42 amWe have a blog to inform students, parents and staff of resources. We have also had teachers add these resources to their Canvas classes and we posted them to our school’s Facebook page and we have the teachers who are club advisors posting them as well to the Instagram and Facebook pages. I plan on sending them out again when I schedule with my students I see individually.

Cristina Dobon Claveau09:42 amCan you guys send link to your websites? Our website needs work

Melissa Hubbert09:42 amI’ve only heard from four out of a caseload of 40. One family does not have a computer. The school psych is trying to get internet access for an Hispanic student with special needs whose family is undocumented and is having a difficult time.

Michael Kelly09:42 amthat’s a great idea Cristina, if people feel comfortable putting the link to their websites here, they’ll be preserved in the chat.

Michael Kelly09:43 amI hear you Melissa, the lack of digital access for some of our most in-need families is going to be a huge issue as the ongoing impact of this crisis unfolds. Glad that you and the school psych are working on this together.

Michael Kelly09:45 amSpeaking of resources, the next item on the agenda was resources for your practice right now. There are a bunch of slides in the SSWAA webinar that you can download from the file I shared, so I won’t go into all of them right now, but as we enter the final 15 minutes of our chat today, I was wondering if people might share some of their go-to practice resources right now (along with posting the links to their school sites that Cristina and I asked for)?

Cristina Dobon Claveau09:46 amDistricts are loaning out devices, providing hot spots, and we are piloting during meal distribution times, students can access our cafeteria while social distancing to hop on devices and get work done

Penny Williams-Wolford09:46 amShery, Thank you for sharing. I serve on a School Board and wanted the school to post resources on the website but the law firm said it may put the District at Risk…:-(

Beth Frank-Heath09:46 amI heard that the free internet being provided in the communities has been extremely slow. I’m not even so sure many of the families are experiences with the tools in Google. This is my first time using it and it definitely has been a learning curve from 365. I would love to share the resources I have been collecting…..I will figure out how to take them of the school google drive and post them separately on the network.

Cristina Dobon Claveau09:46 amUCLA_Center_practitioner_3-19-20_.pdfThis was also a helpful doc for us

Michael Kelly09:47 amthanks Beth! One of our follow-ups from today’s chat will be encouraging people to share what they can on our SSWNetwork, particularly in the Topic and Group sections related to COVID-19.

Michael Kelly09:48 amSo for our final 2 items on the agenda, I’m going to ask for your input and help.

Melissa Hubbert09:48 amBeth, I had that issue as well. I sent out a resource to the faculty and received an email from IT saying all resources must be checked by them.

Cristina Dobon Claveau09:49 amMake sure you are vetting resources as many of our community resources-even food banks-are on restricted service delivery

Penny Williams-Wolford09:49 amBeth, that would be great…thank you!

Michael Kelly09:49 amFirst off, I’ve agreed to lead the creation of a FAQ for SSWAA over the weekend building off the questions that people asked in the chat during our webinar Thursday night. To build off those questions, what are questions you still have that you want me to make sure we cover? (I won’t be able to do much answering of them today, but promise to get the best answers I can this week.)

Penny Williams-Wolford09:50 amCristina, thank you for sharing!

Michael Kelly09:50 amSecond, I have some ideas for how I want to use SSWNetwork to support all of you in this crisis that I want to run by all of you.

Melissa Hubbert09:51 amConfidentiality when doing telehealth with students.

Michael Kelly09:52 amI’m hearing that people would like dedicated spaces to meet virtually around working through the crisis related to their specific student populations: Early Childhood, elementary school, middle school, high school, alternative school, etc. We could totally put those groups together and they could meet using a LiveChat like this or also by using Zoom tech that we can point them to. What do you all think of that idea, would that be something you might like to be part of?

Beth Frank-Heath09:52 amI second Melissa. I’m concerned about the students privacy within the home environment as they participate.

Sherry Murphy09:52 amAgain, this is so helpful. We feel like we are in a bubble, this have provided excellent talking points as we continue these conversations.

Stephanie Grotzky09:53 amI would like to connect with others working with high school students in the above mentioned format.

Melissa Hubbert09:53 amThat sounds great. Michael. Is Zoom free?

Penny Williams-Wolford09:54 amProf. Kelly, that sounds great. Also, opportunities for us to continue to connect on Saturday at 9 am would be very important now more than ever

Beth Frank-Heath09:54 amI am very grateful. This network is probably a full time job for you by itself Dr. Kelly. Thank you and everyone on SSWN for being so welcoming.

Cristina Dobon Claveau09:54 amZoom is giving educators the full version for free

Michael Kelly09:54 amThanks Stephanie–yes Zoom can be used for free, it also can be subscribed to. I’ll link to the article that Scott Carchedi, my co-editor did on this that he re-upped on SSWNetwork site in a minute before we go.

Cristina Dobon Claveau09:54 amRegister with your school email

Melissa Hubbert09:54 amThanks, everyone.

Michael Kelly09:54 amthat’s great news Cristina–I will pursue that and get that added to our updates we share.

Beth Frank-Heath09:55 amIs zoom tele approved for working with the students?

Michael Kelly09:55 amAnd Penny, we will for sure keep the Saturday LiveChats going.

Cristina Dobon Claveau09:55 amYes, its HIPPA approved

Beth Frank-Heath09:55 amGreat.

Penny Williams-Wolford09:55 amMelissa, Zoom is free but the free version does not have the safeguards in place. Someone, please correct me if that is not true

Michael Kelly09:55 amBeth, as of now, Zoom has been cleared as approved (what Cristina said) ?

Cristina Dobon Claveau09:55 amso is Google Hang Out

Beth Frank-Heath09:55 amGreat. Given our students have chromebooks….hang out might make more sense.

Sherry Murphy09:56 amI hadn’t heard Google hangout was approved. That is good news.

Michael Kelly09:56 amPenny your point is an important one that as we wind up today, we need to keep using our advocacy skills to make our districts figure out what is/isn’t compliant, so we can manage the other myriad ethical issues when we start doing telehealth. Stay tuned here everybody too, as I’ll share more stuff on this as I/we get it.

Melissa Hubbert09:56 amI heard only some aspects of Google Hangouts were HIPAA compliant.

Beth Frank-Heath09:57 amHave a great weekend everyone. Stay health and stay strong. ((virtual hugs))

Michael Kelly09:57 amWe’re almost at our hour time–I am so appreciative of all that you are doing to take care of yourselves, your loved ones, and the schools you serve.

Michael Kelly09:58 amWe will be right back here next Saturday, and I/we will be back in touch via SSWNetwork and SSWN all week, along with getting that FAQ document with SSWAA finished and distributed.

Melissa Hubbert09:58 amThank you for doing all this. Social distancing is fine, but professional distancing sucks.

Shanel Bishop09:58 amThank you, this was great!

Penny Williams-Wolford09:58 amProf. Kelly, thank you for all you and the SSWN, all our associations, etc. are doing for us. I can not imagine trying to navigate this without the use of technology and the various agencies that are supporting us remotely. ?

Michael Kelly09:59 amBe well everyone (and yeah, Melissa professional distancing sucks, and we’re going to do everything we can here to mitigate that) ?

Penny Williams-Wolford09:59 amBe prayerful and careful everyone. I look forward to our LiveChat next Saturday!

Michael Kelly09:59 amThanks Penny and thanks everybody for being here today–more to come.Oak Park, IL·Posted just now
